Back on the topic, here are the different tasks included in t= he 4000 fees:

 

- Recovery tests and studies of files sent by Jasmin TV for validation o= f the final size distribution

- Compliance logo for broadcasting

- Download and re-encoding of new files from Jasmin TV required for test= s / operating settings playout

- Establishment of a first loop after selection of valid programs: encod= ing, playlist, following logo program....

- Validation of HD broadcast format (ProRes LT 1080 50i / 1920 x 1080)

- Analysis, encoding, compliance of the audio track 114 new programs (to= o high)

- Creation of a second loop to replace the first (encoding, playlist, lo= go)

- Creating and editing playlists based on customer demand (transition pr= ograms testing, removing programs...)

- Change in the order of programs in the loop

- Verification and Response Incident antenna on the playout

- Outside the playout, provision PAD with an HLS solution to overcome th= e lack of satellite monitoring during the early days of broadcast (free of c= harge)

- And free of charge HD encoder rent for the launching of the channel

 

As you could see, you are not ready to take over soon, but you will. The= initial contract was for 12 months, as there was a pause for 5 months the t= echnical fees are due up to April included. I suggest we have a look on this topic in March to see if you can take over= some tasks in order to reduce the invoice.

 

Concerning distribution, I will gladly work on sharing revenue. I might u= se my agents=E2=80=99 network, if you are ok with that, and I will take a 25= % on net income if you are OK with that (after agents=E2=80=99 commission). Of course, I will also work on direct customers than I can app= roach without my agents=E2=80=99 assistance.

 

The first feedback about the channel is that too bad: Jasmin Channel see= ms to be appreciated and I already have the first demands from customers. We= need to define a pricing and a commercial policy, but I think it is doable to reach some numbers. There is not a lot o= f soft erotic channels, Jasmin is very soft, but beautiful and this could wo= rk.

 

I will leave on Tuesday for 10 days in Hungary and I will be reachable b= y email or by phone.
