The ch= anges are as follows:

 

-       Termination Agreement -  there is a phrase that ens= ures that we cannot contest all previous payments made until the end of Mar= ch. So there=E2=80=99s no need to worry that we will contest the difference= between what we paid until now for Technical assistance and what is in the= contract (See the last phrase of the 5th point on page 2 of Ter= mination agreement).

- &= nbsp;     Technical Assistance = Agreement =E2=80=93 =E2=82=AC65 per hour for 40 hrs per month is stated in = the agreement (i.e. =E2=82=AC2600 per month). But when this 40 hrs is reach= you can inform us so that we will request for more hours (the number of ho= urs needed to complete the remaining tasks for that month).

-       Rental, Legal and Assistance Services Agreement =E2=80= =93 we removed the NICAM related tasks from the agreement because our Manag= ement has decided that we handle this part within the company. I will be de= signated person to take the training and review the content in-house.
