Dear Valued Limelight Customer,

Thank you for requesting the daily logging service from Limelight Networks.
Please read
the following carefully as it will outline some information regarding these
logs including
where and how to obtain them.


o Your RAW logs will now be accessible via the following:

+ user: eetvgroup
+ pass: n8x4d2
+ host: eetvgroup.logs.llnw.net

o Once this message is received it can take up to 48 hours for logs to start
appearing in your account.

o The newest log will always be for the previous day. This log can take up to
24 hours past the previous day to appear but can be faster. Log files that
are greater than 1.5GB in size may take up to 48 hours to appear.

o Log files are stored for up to 7 days and are then automatically deleted.
Log files that are greater than 1.5GB in size can be stored for up to 3 days
but are usually stored for 7.

o Past logs up to 60 days may be requested. A rerun of logs however can take
quite a bit of time depending on how much processing needs to be done.
Typically this is 1 day per log file requested. A rerun may incur extra
charges, please see your sales rep for rerun requests.

o If the logging service is not accessed for 30 or more days, the processing
of these logs will be suspended. Any reruns can incur charges.
