Objet: Extra checking measures

Dear Adolphe,

Let me come up to you with some more ideas that culd help us to analyze and
possibly solve the problem.

1.) Ufanet would like to try to receive the stream from a different town in
their network. Please, grant the access to their ip there: 37.19.2.53 .
They would test transmission there should problems repeat today. Plese, let
me know once the access is granted. Thank you!

2.) Ufanet would use the iperf command. It would help analyzing the
downloading speed between our server and them. Please, ask the datacenter
to perform this command on our server: iperf -c 92.50.128.182 . They would
get some response info in their log. Please, ask them to send me this log.
Ufanet engineers wil study it. This have to be done during the period of
troubles of course (should we have them today).

3.) Please, check the connection yourself at like 3 pm CET. I know that you
haven`t got a fixed ip. Me neigher, but I did connect yesterday with my
non-fixed ip. At least you would be able to confirm troubles to
datacenter`s engineers (since they couldn`t reproduce the problem
yesterday, as you told me).
I will check the connecton from Moscow during the problem time too, of
course, and will let you know (right now it`s ok).

I`m very much looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for your help, Adolphe!

Best,
Aleksey
